Located in Honolulu, Giovedi is a pop-up restaurant with cuisine that features pan-Asian flavors prepared with classic Italian culinary technique: a revival of the term “Asian-Fusion.” With an intimate vibe, the environment is made to be comfortable and lively. We serve a tasting menu priced at $95 per person exclusively, where some courses are plated and others are served in the center of the table and are intended for sharing.
